Just a week after the Hanover eagles removed the last traces of their failed nesting season, the birds' nest appears to have collapsed.Viewers of the Pennsylvania Game Commission's livestream, which overlooks an eagle nest near Codorus State Park, noticed a large chunk of the nest missing Tuesday morning. The eagles did not have any young in the nest at the time.

Although they laid two eggs earlier in the season, one eaglet died not long after hatching, and the second egg never hatched. One of the parent eagles ate the egg's remains just last week. With the egg gone, the game commission staff and partners have decided the camera will be shut down sometime June 1, according to the Pennsylvania Game Commission website.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident,”  former vice president Biden said during a campaign event in Texas on Monday. "All men and women created by — you know, you know, the thing.”
