In a Trump - Clinton race, isn't debating "character" pointless?
How can you say that you will not vote for Clinton because you find her untrustworthy,,,,,,,, and then vote for Trump, a man who is a serial liar?
If character or trustworthiness are you sole issues, wouldn't it be better to vote for a third candidate rather than indulge in some pointless exercise in proving to yourself that one of these folks is ever so slightly less flawed than the other?
Of course, there is another route. You could accept that politicians are flawed people, and just focus on the issues. On mastery of issues, there is a clear choice.

That is why I am more than likely going to vote for Gary Johnson if he wins the Libertarian Party nomination this weekend.

Strange.... All of a sudden there will be nothing but fact and policy in this race?
Of course the Clinton team wants the impression that people have about her to disappear. Unless the FBI grabs Clinton which I absolutely don't believe will happen it's going to Trump vs Clinton.
Trump is a master of the media and he will shred Clinton during this campaign. Like you have said time after time. Politics is a full contact sport.

Please, try climb out of the foxhole for a moment and contemplate the question.
Do you really think that proving that one of these candidates is a molecule less flawed than the other is a way to decide your vote?
There is no winner in a character debate between the two.
Isn't policy what is really going to affect your life and the lives of your children?

I understand Brady's decision. Basically he is saying that character is important so he is voting for the third party guy.
What I do not understand is the argument that, "character is important to me. Therefore I'm going to bend over backwards to prove that Clinton is a molecule more flawed than Donald so I will vote for him"
