Oh, zhit, here we go again.

Pennsylvania was a swing state in the last two Presidential elections and that means lots of candidate visits, tying up traffic and creating budget nightmares for the Commonwealth and its municipalities in paying for the Police overtime and other security-related costs.

Since neither candidate is a sitting President or VP the campaigns are "supposed to" reimburse those costs but they seldom do, and there is no enforcement mechanism if they don't.

So Trump or Clinton, it won't matter, Pennsylvanians will be paying a premium for the next four years.
