If Hillary were a man OR If Trump was a woman

After Trump made that comment the other day it got me thinking about just the reverse. Feel free to comment on EITHER.

Here was one article about IF Hillary were a man that got me to post this

Re: If Hillary were a man OR If Trump was a woman

I can't help but wonder if Trump were a woman would he have the same attitude toward men that he has toward women now..

Hillary as a man?  That one's easy...her name would be Bill.

Which campagin will win the PR war over this issue? It will be an interesting battle.

Hillary Clinton wants Americans to vote for her because she’s a woman and her campaign is increasingly embracing the female mantle.A campaign email sent today offered supporters their very own “woman card” after they claimed, “We’ve been hearing from supporters all over the country that they’d like a ‘woman card’ of their very own — to display proudly on a fridge or pull out of their wallet every time they run into someone who says women who support Hillary must not be using our brains…”The campaign asks supporters for a donation so they can get their own “woman card”. “…you’ll be able to play the woman card anytime you want,” the email reads

“We hold these truths to be self-evident,”  former vice president Biden said during a campaign event in Texas on Monday. "All men and women created by — you know, you know, the thing.”

Does this mean to imply that a voting for another candidate is a vote against women?

Re: If Hillary were a man OR If Trump was a woman

All  I know is that if Trump was in drag, he would be ONE UGLY WOMAN !!

BTW, to answer who will win the PR war over this. It is already won. Just check the polling stats.

I should get the card for the woman who owns the gym I go to.  She told me the other day she can't stand Hilliary Clinton and hates to hear her voice.  Wonder who she'll vote for in November????

I'd agree with your sentiment if Trump was a woman.

I agree that there are many who are turned off by Hillary, but the pollsters have been pretty accurate predicting results and trends and here is Gallup's Poll on women and Trump likeability.

Re: If Hillary were a man OR If Trump was a woman

Drumpf's campaign has decided to fight fire with fire. In order to offset Hillary's campaign stunt to send out a 'woman card' to prospective female voters, the Drumpf campaign staffers will be sending out a coupon to women voters good for three free sessions at Trump's Tangerine Tanning Salon.

Drumpf touted the promotion via telephone call to Fox & Friends this morning saying: "We discussed this on my personal jet plane as we flew to the largest campaign event ever. Women voters are clamoring to get these coupons. We've received millions and millions of requests from women of all colors wanting to turn themselves orange. Look at the polls . . . I'm gaining on Hillary with women voters every day. Women would rather look like my wife Melania and my daughter Ivanka than Hillary Clinton. This is their first step towards achieving that goal and for our campaign to achieve our goal. The Trump Tangerine Tanning Salon is the classiest, most luxurious orange hued tanning salon ever. Women will be pampered and proud to show off their unique skin tone to all their friends and family. This is going to be HUUUUUGE!"

Re: If Hillary were a man OR If Trump was a woman

I'm not sure what "playing the woman card" means.
Is Hilary asking for votes just because she is a woman?
I don't think that protecting reproductive rights or addressing inequities in pay is "playing the woman card".
There are constituencies of citizens who are very interested in these issues and want a candidate who is as well. There is nothing wrong in that.

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
