At least the Baltimore police officers showed restraint by wounding the kid in lieu of killing him outright.  It appears he will survive his wounds and this would be a great time to have a conversation with those or other Baltimore police officers.  He needs to have pointed out the error of his ways with that bb gun and maybe momma too for allowing him to walk the streets carrying it out in view or having it in his possession as a 14 year old.
