Wondering what your guesses would be for each of the candidates (Trump,Cruz,Kasich,Clinton,Sanders) they might pick for their Vice Presidential running mate ?

Maybe in addition, do you think it make a big difference who they nominate or is the real issue who is at the top of the ticket ?

Kasich - Marco Rubio
Cruz - Carly Fiorina
Trump - Susana Martinez
Clinton - Julian Castro
Sanders - Elizabeth Warren

Those are good predictions by Rongone.
You wouldn't normally see a ticket like Sanders/Warren, since they are both from the same region and alike politically. However Sanders isn't a typical politician and he might not care.

I think Rubio would be definitely be Cruz's choice.
I think Kasich would look to Robert Gates (Bush and Obama Sec of Defense)
Rongone nailed Clinton's choice with Castro.
Sanders and Trump would be a wild card. I don't think Warren would sync up with Sanders.
And Lord only knows what kind of kook Trump would pick.

No clue about vp, not until we get Trump waaaay out of the picture. As for the Dems. have given little thought to it, no one seem clear and outstanding. Elizabeth Warren has made it clear she wants to stay where she is and I honestly believe she can do much more damage to the Republican agenda in the Senate than going around making great speeches as the vp.

Well . . . Damien "TrussedTed" Cruz just named Carly Fiorina as his Veep today.

His timing to just now after resounding defeat in 5 states to announce his VP choice is just bizarre. Although, when I think about it the WHOLE PRIMARY process has been bizarre, so no reason this phase should be any different.
In a related note, perhaps Chris Christie's wife "took him out of contention" for VP with what is being reported as an eye-roll after Mr Trump's comments about women in his victory speech last night.

Rongone nailed this prediction. Nice job! Do I get any credit for concurring?
In regards to Cruz making the announcement, I think it was done for several reasons. Like Trump did earlier in the campaign, when he had a bad night in regards to voting results, Trump would do something to take back the headlines the next day. Looks to me like Cruz is taking a page from his book. Also, doing this makes him "seem" like a general election candidate, which he hopes might help legitimize him staying in the race. Finally, picking her might help Cruz with women voters, a demographic Trump struggles with.

It is no secret that Cruz likes the ladies. Really, really likes them.
We don't need the "oral office" again.
