Sanders camp fires back at Clinton for healthcare comments

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/272790-sanders-spokesperson-fires-back-at-clinton-for-healthcare

This is hilarious.  Hillary says she doesn't know where Bernie was at when she was fighting for health care reform in the 90's and they respond showing a photo of him standing behind her at a rally and a personal note from her thanking him.

Words that were associated with Hillary from Quinnipiac who asked 1,563 voters.

“liar,” “dishonest,” “untrustworthy,” and “criminal.”

Something like this just adds more doubt to Hillary and helps Sanders!

“We hold these truths to be self-evident,”  former vice president Biden said during a campaign event in Texas on Monday. "All men and women created by — you know, you know, the thing.”

I will cut Hillary a break till we hear more of what Sanders actually did in that timeframe for supporting what Hillary way trying to accomplish. There are PLENTY of candidates that show up and get facetime but do not do a lot in addition. Not sure where Bernie falls on this issue in that timeframe. He certainly was well involved in the civil rights issues early and did not get much credit for it.

Guess I have seen a lot of those politicians that "show up" to get their faces in the news. We have had a number of politicians in the County that it seems it was their number one priority vs actually getting meaningful legislation put together.

Maybe Fred can fill us in on what Sanders did in that timeframe.
