A little snow late tonight?

“We hold these truths to be self-evident,”  former vice president Biden said during a campaign event in Texas on Monday. "All men and women created by — you know, you know, the thing.”

Re: A little snow late tonight?

This will likely be our last chance to see a little snow for the winter of 2016. It's supposed to be up in the 70's in Philly by the middle of next week.

I think you're going to see a lot of different United States of America over the next three, four, or eight years. - President Donald J. Trump

"LITTLE" is the best part of that prediction !

Lager--you are being a bit optimistic, aren't you.  I've seen March receive some pretty good snowfalls, plus there's always that inevitable onion snow still to come.

Re: A little snow late tonight?

I still remember the "superstorm" mid-March blizzard of 1993--dropped about 24 inches in southern York County....just a memory one week later.

As for tonight's (non)event:

Eric Horst, Millersville University prof of meterology:  "AM sunshine will give way to increasing clouds w/ high in the upper 30s. Intermittent light snow tonight (upper 20s), mainly btwn 10pm-7am."

National Weather Service aviation discussion (4:01 PM)MAIN FOCUS REMAINS ON LIGHT SNOWFALL FOR TONIGHT...AS INCREASING
LOW LEVEL WARM ADVECTION INTERACTS WITH TRANSITORY LOW- MID LEVEL
FGEN OVERNIGHT. HI RES MODELS CONTINUE TO BE LESS AND LESS BULLISH
WITH TIME...NOW INDICATING THAT 1-2" MAY BE MAX AMOUNTS AND THAT
2" OR MORE WILL BE HARD TO DO IN ANY PARTICULAR SPOT. HRRRX
INDICATES RIDGES OF THE WEST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS STAND THE BEST
CHANCE OF SEEING 2" OR MORE...AND WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED TO SEE AN
ISOLATED 3" AMOUNT THERE. ELSEWHERE...I`M MORE CONCERNED THAT
PORTIONS OF THE SOUTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS MAY SEE SUB 1" AMOUNTS AS
HI RES CAMS ARE INDICATING GREATER SUBSIDENCE ACROSS THE REGION
DUE TO EARLIER AND STRONGER COASTAL TAKEOVER FRIDAY MORNING. FOR
NOW...THE 1-2" AMOUNTS LOOK REAL GOOD...AND AM PLANNING NO FURTHER
CHANGES AND NO HEADLINES AT THIS TIME.

SNOWFALL WILL TAPER OFF VERY QUICKLY EARLY FRIDAY MORNING...BEFORE
SUNRISE IN MANY LOCATIONS.

Re: A little snow late tonight?

Hope you are all correct. I will be at the Strand tonight to see Mama Mia. If forecasts are correct we will be out of there before it starts or amounts to anything.
