It's National Margarita Day!
Hey, February 22, 2016 is National Margarita Day.
While I'd rather be enjoying a margarita at the Soggy Dollar bar or at the Bomba Shack full moon party tonight in the Caribbean, I guess I'll just have to make the best of my situation and make a pitcher to enjoy here in PA while dreaming of reggae music and mocko jumbies dancing around on a sandy beach.
Ingredients:
4 1/2 oz. Tequila
3 oz. Melon Liqueur
3 oz. Piña Colada Mix
1 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
3 Dashes of Grenadine
1 1/2 cups Ice
Directions:
Fill ice reservoir with ice. Pour ingredients in glass jar. Concoct until smooth. Pour into a glass.
