Given the exceptional circumstances around Scalia's death, this isn't a surprise.I mean, who would think a sitting Supreme Court Justice would be declared dead over the phone. 

But look, the guy was 79, with several chronic conditions, yet kept a fairly active lifestyle. He apparently was playing tennis will into his seventies. 

It was just his time. But the conspiracy theories that come out should be fun.
