Remember?
Remember all of the hysteria that was expressed here and other places about Obama's executive action on guns?
Let's see. There was "King Obama. Illegal actions. Circumventing Congress. Disregarding the Constitution.
Despotic. A first step towards confiscation. Tyrannical, Gun Grabber, disarming innocent civilians, anti-democratic and really really awful".
You'd have thought it was the end of the republic.
Well, it turns out to have been much ado about nothing.
I guess that gun control advocates aren't the only ones capable of making emotionally based arguments. 
Obama’s Lofty Plans on Gun Violence Amount to Little Action
WASHINGTON — The centerpiece of a plan for stemming gun violence that President Obama announced to great fanfare last month largely amounts to this: an updated web page and 10,000 pamphlets that federal agents plan to give out at gun shows.
The absence of aggressive enforcement is a reminder of the practical limits of Mr. Obama’s executive authority, even as he repeatedly asserts the power of the Oval Office to get things done in the face of inaction by a Republican Congress.
Even the National Rifle Association, which furiously fights anything it perceives as a threat to gun rights, has not sued to block Mr. Obama’s actions, and pro-gun groups profess little reason for concern.
Administration officials say that with Congress unwilling to take any legislative action, the White House’s plan goes as far as Mr. Obama can go to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and mentally ill people.
“The actions the president announced last month represent the maximum the administration can do under the current law,” said Eric Schultz, the deputy White House press secretary, “namely increasing mental health treatment and reporting, improving public safety, managing the future of gun safety technology, and of course, enhancing the background check system.”
We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

Well this just tells us what a stage production the whole thing was! Obama had his first two years to try to push through the anti-gun laws and he did not even try because he was doomed to fail.
What is the one thing Obama is trying to do with his Executive order. Is he going after felons who use guns to terrorize urban neighborhoods? Nope! Not one word spoken about getting to the true cause of so much gun violence in places like Chicago, Baltimore, Los Angles and you can go down the list of city's where gangs run wild and commit crimes daily. Is the DOJ going to make people who use guns in a felony a priority? Nope! What are they doing? Nothing! They are going to go after gun sellers who might or might not violate some mystery law about whether they are a dealer or not? Even the government can not say what a "dealer" is.
"Sally Quillian Yates, the deputy attorney general, said the A.T.F.’s new guidance will put people who sell guns regularly “on notice” that they must register as dealers and conduct background checks. She said it should also eventually lead to more successful prosecutions of unregistered gun dealers who are flouting the law."
So now once most of the details are now available there seems more show and bluster to the EO.
But there is still a threat to people who have no idea what is the requirement of the current law which someone could be charged with a single weapon sale. Obama is doing nothing but trying to scare people for conducting a legal sale with this non-sense. Was there one word spoken about putting felons who use guns in jail? No! Was then anything said but stopping the revolving court door for felons who use guns time after time but are released each time they do it. No!
Lets just harass someone who sells one gun. Is it any wonder Obama has zero credibility!

Interesting.
If you search the exchange, you will see CS refer to the President as "King Obama" over this.
You will see him refer to the order as illegal, and see him state that the President wants to disarm people.
Now, without exhibiting an ounce of self awareness, it's a "Stage production".
I'm amazed
