I watched some of the Iowa Town Hall meeting last night and I thought it was pretty good. Better than the debate stuff we've seen. Did any of you watch it?

I watched about 10 minutes of Bernie. Between two long days of shoveling and a full day or work yesterday, I opted for an early bedtime. I liked the format of just doing one on one questions with the candidates.
Did I miss anything good?

Actually all three candidates came out looking intelligent and prepared as they laid out a vision and gave reasons for believing what they stand for. All of them fielded the questions posed to them very well.
I suppose you could say they really didn't put alot of effort into blasting eachother, so some might say not as entertaining as the R-Tribe circus. So, if you wanted a reality show with people taking shots at eachother, or witty zingers,or throwing protesters out of the auditorium, or criticizing the questioners, or jabbing the host, you would have been disappointed.

So basically you are saying they all looked like they could be a good President (vs an entertainer).

Sorry I missed a more civilized show. Didn't know it was on.

Not your fault, Flowergirl. I get the feeling that if it was an R-tribe 'town hall' with it's cast of characters, it would have splattered all over the place just like any other promo for a tv reality show.
