    We have more people incarcerated in jails, prisons, and other legal institutions than any other country on the planet Earth. So, it seems like we're doing a pretty good job of arresting, prosecuting, convicting, and jailing criminal offenders. I guess we're going to need a bigger jail.

    And, by the way, Jeff Sessions is an idiot senator that is part of the problem and totally lacking in formulating viable solutions.
