Hillary's Bill problem

It will be interesting to see how much Bill Clinton and his this issue becomes a problem for Hillary.

Re: Hillary's Bill problem

I find it hard to believe that Bill's past does anything for this race except make the people who already hate the Clintons hate the Clintons a smidge more.

Re: Hillary's Bill problem

Maybe, but it makes it more difficult for Hillary to try and come off as a feminist or try to attack Republicans for a "war on women" when she has acted as she has in the past.

Talk about being disingenuous.

Re: Hillary's Bill problem

I wish political teams would spend more time telling us more about their guy's ideas, plans, and policies and less time trying to rip the people on the opposing team.

Re: Hillary's Bill problem

I agree candidate's should spend time telling the people about their ideas, plans and policies.

However, it is also completely fair to point out when a candidate says something or tries to portray themselves as a certain type of person, when historical evidence shows they are actually the complete opposite and are now being hypocritical and disingenuous.  Things like that let you know the character of the person running for office.

Re: Hillary's Bill problem

Bill had the King David problem.

Hillary was an enabler.

She and Dottie Sandusky could make a good team.

Re: Hillary's Bill problem

It's two different questions, no?
1. Is Hillary right to portray herself as she does, or is she being disingenuous?
2. Will it have any effect on her campaign?

Yes, I agree it is 2 different questions.

I think the effect on the campaign is she will not be able to portray herself as she would like or attack Republicans for there supposed "war on women" because she will be very vulnerable for criticism herself.  It will make her argument, if she continues to pursue it, less valid.

Re: Hillary's Bill problem

Your logic is sound.

But, after 2015 I question if logic applies.
The voters seem quite comfortable to separate reason and fact  from their opinions.
