Hey Fred,
Thanks for asking. Having some difficulty with this time of the year. One of The Wendy's has been staying with me and that's helped a great deal.
I'm really trying to do the journal but it's gets very easy to avoid addressing the reasons I feel the way I do.
Anyway, I'm okay and I'm going to be okay. Thanks for asking.
