I really can't take this at face value. There has to be more to this story. - Man
I agree with The Man here. I'd like to know more. Maybe someone in the group had a name that was similar to or matched a person on the watch list? I don't know.

One of the two things happened here:
Either there is a valid reason to have kept someone in that group off the flight and they don't want to divulge what it is.
Or they completely screwed up and blocked someone from flying to the US because someone had a similar name or connection to someone on the no-fly list and someone over-reacted. If this is the reason, I think it does highlight the point that such lists should not be used to restrict access to guns for people who have committed no crime and are otherwise legally allowed to purchase one (and yes I know these weren't US citizens, but the same thing probably is happening to them as well)
Either way, the suggestion that Trump had anything to do with this is ludicrous and makes the people suggesting it sound like fools.

You might be right, Brady. But, the perception of what's going in America is something we can't know. All the people in other countries know is that Donald Trump represents a political wing and because he is leading in the polls of that wing, what he says matters.

That is true Fred, we don't know how other people are perceiving Trump around the world.
However, in this case it is CAIR, the American based Council on American Islamic Relations who is suggesting Trump's policy is being implemented by DHS. They should know better.

Just as I thought, there is more to this story. This guy wasn't stopped from boarding a plane to the U.S. because he is a Muslim, but rather because he has a Facebook page that is linked to the Taliban and Al Qaeda.

If this story is accurate, it appears they did have a valid reason to revoke the visas at that time and aren't denying entry to people just because they are Muslim.
