Pa. Supreme Court justice hit with 4 ethics charges amidst 'Porngate' scandal
HARRISBURG, Pa. —A state ethics board has hit a Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice with four ethics charges.The board accuses Justice Michael Eakin of violating both judicial and constitutional codes of conduct by exchanging lewd and offensive emails with friends.Those emails were exposed by Attorney General Kathleen Kane as part of the state's porn email scandal.Eakin issued a statement saying the complaint "brings the opportunity for transparency" and says he plans to cooperate.
