The old Exchange certainly was not perfect, but it was heads and shoulders above most other similar sites. With people on the New Exchange allowing what hopefully is more active moderation if needed this could even be better. We all certainly CAN have differences of opinions and we can even call each other out as long as it is done with civility. 


 

In response to your love letter.....

For what it's worth, I find that this is the same Exchange as it's always been. There were essentially two bad actors at the old place that seemed to cause a lot of negativity and as they haven't come over here (yet?), I would expect things to remain the same.

The one thing I do like about the new board is that we've seemed to expand our topics. Lot of good stuff in the food/drink section, the Hanover Eagle thread, and stuff like that. 

Of course, I always expected the board to be news/politics/debate centered, but it's cool that we've added traffic in the other sections.

As long as you all are into the board, I will be too.
