We now have two presidents determining U. S. foreign policy and it's getting scary. One is a maniac and has no clue how to conduct it and the other is on his way out of office and doing his best to prevent any foreign incidents on his watch created by the blithering, narcissistic know-it-all.

Yep. So no matter how much our government and others try to make us believe the U. S. is energy independent it is hogwash and the EXXonMobile and Companies of the world still maintain control of prices we pay here in the U. S.
