Fox goes to great lengths to create a negative story about Hillary where none exists. Everyone behaved appropriately at the funeral. There is no story. There is no there there.
BTW, I haven't my copy of Emily Post at hand. However, If someone revels in chants about locking you up and repeatedly says you should be in prison, etiquette does not require that you shake his hand.
We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
