Well, it is finally upon us. Tomorrow the Goose leaves for his European Vacation!

Venice, Croatia, the lakes, Milan,,, then home.
I am so psyched!

A gondola ride under the Bridge of Sighs, Piazza San Marco, prosecco, Titian, chicchetti,,,,,,and,,,,,

Mrs. Goose and I will be in Rovinj, Croatia on our 30th wedding anniversary




There is a small church there that was consecrated decades before Columbus sailed to the new world. We are going to tour it. And I have secured permission for us to stand before the altar in that church and restate our vows.

I almost wish that the kids were going with us.
Almost. 

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
