The man is obsessed with replacing any Obama legacy - NO MATTER WHAT !
Plus, his initial cut at the FEMA budget was to CUT IT. I think THAT is another idea that has come and gone. He really needs to get a clue what it takes to run the ENTIRE country and not just throw red meat at his sheeple.

Interesting.
Of course, Trump has been bragging that the unemployment rate is at a 16 year low, so the dreamers don't really seem to be hurting American workers.
And,,,, If the Democrats succeed in a DACA bill that allows the dreamers to stay, they still won't be citizens and thus cannot vote.
Other than that, the cartoon works perfectly.
