The horrific tragedy in Barcelona today on Las Ramblas is almost exactly where we stayed there over 16 years ago. It is a quite common and busy tourist area near the epicenter of the city. 

So sad. 

As of now 30 reported dead and many injured by a van traveling at high speed and running into the people.
