    I liked the one comment from the article "there is little data on the chemical stability of beer over such a long time". 

    Yea, I never think of beer as nicely aged !

    Cabbage, fishy plastic, burnt rubber, over-ripe cheese, goat(?!), and sulfur. Sounds delicious!
