100 Years ago Angelo Fasano left a small village in Italy with a local girl, Lucy Caputo.

They settled in Lock Haven, PA and raised a large family.
They are my heroes.
Grandpa and grandma changed their stars. And mine.

Vincent, the eldest, was with the American Army when McArthur returned to the Philippines. He was decorated for bravery.
The two girls, Micky and Sally became nurses.
Two sons became teachers.
Joe became a pharmacist.
Dad a construction worker.
"Gi" a butcher.
Chuckie, the baby became a DO.
Not one dud in the litter.

And now their kids are out there rocking the professions.

God bless America.

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
