Trump just put a knife in John Kelly's back
Trump says "that I don't know" when asked if John Kelly is leaving
MORRISTOWN, N.J. -- President Trump said Friday that he gets along well with his embattled White House chief of staff but doesn't know how long John Kelly will remain in the job. Asked about all the speculation, Mr. Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One that "we're getting along very well." But he added: "Look, at some point, things happen but I will tell you ... we have a very good relationship. He's a wonderful man."
Kelly has been back in the spotlight this week as word surfaced that the president has been sounding out allies about potential replacements for the retired four-star general. Kelly is credited with bringing order to the West Wing but also grates on the freewheeling president.
