Bernie Sanders on 2016 Election: ‘In Many Ways We Did Win’
BY: Conor Beck June 28, 2018 7:20 am
On the day Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement and left a seat for Republicans to fill, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) said, "in many ways we did win the [2016] election."
In 2016, Sanders ran in the Democratic Party's presidential primary and lost to Hillary Clinton, whom he endorsed despite painting her as a corrupt member of the political establishment. Clinton then lost to Donald Trump, but Sanders expressed positivity at a book party event
In what ways did we win, Bernie?
In the composition of the supreme court for the next generation?
In the tax bill?
In caging children at the border?
Dealing with Climate change?
Working with our NATO allies?
Cozying up to dictators?
Bringing American Nazis out from under their rocks?
You Sanders people allowed the most unfit candidate of ALL TIME get elected because She just wasn't pure enough for you, and now there is no way to unfuck this mess.
To hell with you!
