Excellent point.
While there are many aspects of our constitutional democracy which are based on Biblical principles, the Bible does not advocate such a system of governance.
Other than the time of the judges following the death of Moses theocratic monarchy is the only system explained, sometimes endorsed, sometimes vilified.
