Penn State Hazing Death: New Charges Filed After Video Is Recovered
My guess is that many of these men being charged (17 in total) will NOT get off this time.
The fraternity house manager Braxton Becker had manually deleted the video footage while police were at the house trying to obtain it. Becker was charged with tampering with evidence, obstructing administration of law and hindering apprehension.

I think that some harsh justice is in order.
We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
