Happy Presidents Day
Hey Yorkers, how about you go to Wheatland, the residence of the only President from Pennsylvania, James Buchanan.
Support the Lancaster historical society while you are at it.
Sadly, historians have consistently ranked Buchanan as the worst President in US history.
But, I hear that this February there is renewed hope at Wheatland.
People are saying.

Buchanan. . . Still hounded by an unsympathetic, attacking, dishonest press 160 years later.

Visited it a number of years ago. The docents did an excellent job in explaining the history of the Buchanan home and Presidency.
