Speaking of Jefferson

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

It is however an evil for which there is no remedy. Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost.
We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
