Just what California DOESN'T need -- more rain !
Southern California Bracing For Heaviest Rain Event in 6 Years as Dangerous Storm Approaches
I see that even Death Valley is in a flood watch area !
Looking at the map brought back olden days when I was in Barstow, Calif which is also in the "flood zone". It may get in the one storm (3-5" of rain) more rain than it normally gets all year.
