    Winter Is Finally Making an Appearance

    Predicted--4" to 6" for Harrisburg area, less further south in PA, Wednesday night into Thursday morning.  Boston area getting slammed--Goose!

    6-8 inches in the Philly region. And it's predicted to be hitting at the height of the morning rush.

    Eric Horst is a professor of meteorology at Millersville University, so his emphasis is on science, not sensationalism.

    He does custom county-by-county forecasts for PennDOT District 8.

    So his forecasts are the most reliable ones available.

    Snow blower is gassed up for the first time this winter and ready to go if necessary.
    If you were able to get outside today it felt like a early spring day. So nice to be outside
    enjoying the warm sun.

    Fred you will have to head to Phoenix. My sister said they are going to be about 85 on Thursday!

    Fred you will have to head to Phoenix. My sister said they are going to be about 85 on Thursday!

    Good call.  Actually I'm headed to Phoenix and Tuscon next month.  Ask your sister if she's ever heard of the 4th Avenue Street Fair in Tucson.  I could live there in the winter.

    This time of year is so darn nice in the Phoenix area. Will check on the fair.
    Way off the topic but if you get around Casa Grande visit the Casa Grande Ruins. It's a truly a magical place.

    We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
