How do we know that the laughs are over?
Has history ended?
Has anyone noticed that a lot of Americans view the election like the super bowl?
Lots of high fives, lots of trash talk.
Looking back to gloat and take victory laps almost two months after the fact.
I prefer to look at an election as setting a direction.
I will look ahead, and think about how we will address the problems that face us.
Isn't that what it's supposed to be about?
Discussing what is going to happen seems more productive than waving a foam finger and gloating.
But, hey, that's just me.
