Will also note with all of the "Speaking for the voice of the voters" stuff that it would be nice if the speakers would note that the election in Pennsylvania was decided by less that 1%

Sounds like there is some protester noise leaking in from outside the chamber.

Gov Wolf thanks all for a safe, secure, and accurate election.
Notes that America has a proud tradition of peaceful transition of power.
Notes that it is a humbling experience to be a part of it.
Thanks EC on behalf of all Pennsylvanians.

Shouts of, "Vote your conscience" comes from the gallery. Singing is heard from outside.
Edit to add: The singing from outside is "God Bless America"

I work in the vicinty of the Capitol and could see the outside protestors from our office window. We had our office Christmas luncheon on 3rd St. right across from the Capitol. The protestors outside were a mix of people who were also protesting other things besides the Electoral College vote.
The police presence consisted of about 6 to 7 vehicles along with several police on the street. There was also a police helicopter flying overhead as well. Most of the protestors outside disbursed as the proceedings inside were getting started. Nothing exciting happened to report, I just wish I would have gotten a chance to take a picture of the guy dressed up in full Russian military police garb.

The electors get to expense their trip to Harrisburg, apparently.
Ain't nothin' done for free, I suppose.

Yep!
It does seem that the internet losers will follow Godwin's Law.
And this is a great example!!Godwin's lawGodwin's Law (or Godwin's Rule of Nazi Analogies) is an Internet adage asserting that "As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1"— that is, if an online discussion (regardless of topic or scope) goes on long enough, sooner or later someone will compare someone or something to Hitler or Nazism.

Thanks Lager,
Great reporting. I was able to watch the proceedings on PCN.
