A very interesting story how Jared Kushner became involved in his father in law's presidential campaign.
Kushner was the force who turned the campaign into an actual presidential campaign. He turned to friends in Silicon Valley for advice on a data driven effort. He ran it like a business watching every dollar spent. Take a few minutes and read the story.
Exclusive Interview: How Jared Kushner Won Trump The White House
It's a long article. For the full read:
The most compelling figure in this intrigue, however, wasn’t in Trump Tower. Jared Kushner was three blocks south, high up in his own skyscraper, at 666 Fifth Avenue, where he oversees his family’s Kushner Companies real estate empire. Trump’s son-in-law, dressed in an impeccably tailored gray suit, sitting on a brown leather couch in his impeccably neat office, displays the impeccably polite manners that won the 35-year-old a dizzying number of influential friends even before he had gained the ear, and trust, of the new leader of the free world.

We shall see how it goes. I'm sure Kushner is a swell guy. You must understand, however, that some of us are a bit leery of close relatives running dad's empire after dad (or dad-in-law in this case) takes office as President of the United States.

I'm not a close friend of Kushner, but I gather from the posted article that he is impeccable, neat, well dressed, polite, lives in a penthouse in a NYC skyscraper, and has a dizzying number of influential friends.
Hey, it's no wonder the Trump campaign and Drumpf dynasty appeals to the rural, conservative, every man voter.
Let's see how they feel in a year or so.

They certainly are an odd group to be the recipients of populist adulation.

It was all those promises of jobs, drilling, coal, reopened factories, kill ACA, blah, blah, blah. Remember?
