It is really going to be a nailbiter. Right now if I had to guess I would think Trump is going to pull this thing off. Not good news for the markets or peoples 401Ks or those on the ACA, but if that is the will of the people then we will have to live with it. The interesting thing IF Trump wins is how he will pull off all his claims of what he is going to do. Personally I think there will be a lot of disappointment all around on that note.

We will know tomorrow morning (hopefully) just how this whole thing worked out.

The ACA will be fine. The Senate will still be in gridlock with the filibuster remaining the rule of the day.

Re: Election Day Diary

Trump isn't expected to deliver on the things he's promised, he's just expected to stop Hillary.  Obama hasn't delivered on afforadable health care, or reducing the average health insurance bill by $2500/year, like he promised, so why would anyone expect Trump to deliver on his promises?

Re: Election Day Diary

Clinton wins Virginia.

She must win PA and Michigan to stay in the game.

No, Trump was expected to build the wall, bring back the mining jobs and restore 1950 white america

No, it was pretty clear that "Make America Great Again" was a dog whistle term.
Sorry, but you are wrong.

Re: Election Day Diary

AP just called Florida for Trump.

Wisconsin just called the Senate race for Ron Johnson, the incumbent republican, which leads me to believe Trump will win Wisconsin.

I think we're about done here.

Re: Election Day Diary

CNN just called North Carolina for Trump.

All Trump needs to do is.....

Win Michigan
or
Win Wisconsin
or
Win Nevada

He wins one of those and we'll have a President Trump
