A Washington State member of the state's Electoral College is refusing to vote for Hilliary even though it appears she has won the state.  By law he is required to vote for the winner but he says he is ready to pay the state's $1,000.00 fine for not doing so.  Can you imagine what will happen on December 19th when the College meets if other assumingly Trump supporters' members do the same?
