    FBI releases docs from 2001 Rich investigation days before election

    I thought the FBI could not make the elections via their announcements (and non-announcements) any more of a ClusterF___ than what it was but I was wrong. Does anyone on either side have any confidence anymore in the FBI ? I wonder.

    I don't have any confidence in the Clinton crime family anymore, that's for sure.

    I don't think that any reasonable person would conclude that it is just coincidence that the details of a 2001 investigation involving Bill Clinton should be released just now.
    Is this some sort of payback?
    Their are those in the Bureau who apparently hold a grudge.
    The FBI really seems to have taken sides in this election.
    That is something that I find concerning, no matter who the candidates are.

    This isn't a concern to me in the least.  If they don't want the FBI involved in an election, don't nominate a candidate who is being investigated by the FBI.

    Absolutely.  The FBI doesn't just investigate if they have no reason to investigate.  Regardless of what is told to the media and reported, you can bet that the FBI has something on Clinton, or they wouldn't have reopened their investigation on her.  If they have something on Trump, I hope they do investigate him.

    That is incorrect.  They stated that there is nothing there to investigate.
