It would be an interesting exercise to explore how you might do this.
Would it be in the primary, and if none of the above wins a state, no candidates get delegates? Would there have to be another primary, or an open convention?
Or would it be in the general election? If none of the above "won" a state, would it's electoral votes be up for grabs?
