It's a Campaign About Nothing

Let's face it folks, Seinfeld has become reality in 2016.

The Republican candidate has nothing.
No Policy ideas.
No Plan to solve problems.
No Vision.

All he can do is to scream "Bigot!" into a TV camera.

Don't believe me?
Trump is going to solve gun crime in Chicago in a week.  How? Who knows?
He's going to defeat ISIS. How? Who knows?
What about education, the environment, jobs, income inequity, Public health? A deafening silence.
"Tremendous", and "Yuge" do not amount to plans.

He's going to deport 11 million illegal immigrants. Maybe. Maybe not, Yes definitely. Well, in a way.
His plan for African American voters? What do you have to lose?

He got a letter about the debate schedule from the NFL. No, he didn't.
He found information about the President's birth certificate. No, he didn't.
He saw "Thousands and Thousands" of Muslims in New Jersey celebrating on 9/11. No, he didn't.
He had evidence that the Mexican government was sending criminals to the US. No, he didn't.

We have a lot to lose. All of us.
There is no campaign. There is just The Show.
Birther, Healther, Conspiracy theories, childish insults,,,

There is just The Show.
And it's a show about nothing.

It is NOT about the issues, it is face time and "the brand".

A large one.

This exchange is unbelievable.....

Re: It's a Campaign About Nothing

Here's just a little reality check as to the campaign rhetoric by the two major party candidates as of August 31, 2016 based on the truthfulness of statements they have made compiled by Politifact:

                                              Trump.                                  Clinton

True                                      9  (4%).                                  54. (22%)

Mostly True.                         26. (11%).                              68. (28%)

Half True.                             34. (14%).                              54. (22%)

Mostly False.                        41. (17%).                              35. (14%)

False.                                    84. (35%).                              27. (11%)

Pants On Fire.                       43. (18%).                               6.  (2%)

So, based on that independent compilation determined by the words that come spewing out of their own mouths, in public, that are recorded for scrutiny, who do you think is the least trustworthy candidate?

Re: It's a Campaign About Nothing

Well, if we just look at the 'false' and 'pants on fire' stats, it's 53% vs 13%.  'Nough said.

Re: It's a Campaign About Nothing

Feeling like the country has become soft, powerless, even ahem, flaccid?
Worried that we won't have the, well, firmness to deal with a hard world?
Try something new.
When that big moment comes, be ready with The Donald.*
