How Drumpf made Atlantic City great again
This article tells you all you have to know about how the Donald will operate as president. It also gives you insight into why all his talk about being an advocate for the middle class, attacks on Wall Street, his self title of king of debt, and objections to international trade are all complete and utter BS.
The people that got stiffed by Drumpf have first hand knowledge of his "me first" business acumen. He hasn't changed, and will act with the same selfish demeanor if elected.

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

I notice that you rarely, if ever defend or discuss what Donald Trump does (Which, BTW is the topic of the thread) Instead you make some derogatory remark about the poster (punk), you hang a dismissive label on them ("the Left"), and then you attack Hillary Clinton.
This really isn't fair to the other posters who are trying to have a discussion.
Less emotion, and more thought would be most welcome.
I don't understand how you can, on the one hand, write the harsh things that you do, and on the other complain that "A dangerous climate of hate is being created."

Not sure where you got the SMEAR thing, Common. The article was about how Trump shafted contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers who worked for him. I realize he's your guy, but geez, if you did work for me and I refused to pay you would call it a 'smear' if someone called me out on it?

But, frankly I'm sick and tired of getting a face full of hostility, labeling, and accusations of SMEARING every time I post something about Trump. If someone wants to defend Trump, then fine, defend him. Tell me why I should support him. Don't attack the rest of us.
