    Millersville University's Chief Meterologist Eric Horst http://www.atmos.millersville.edu/~wic/SWD-latest.html informed his Twitter followers that Spring does not officially arrive until 6:45; therefore this is the last snow of the winter.

    Now any flakes at 6:46 or later.....

    Seriously, the total for March is now 14 inches, snowiest March in York County since the "superstorm" of 1993.
