This is just my observation but it seems that over the years candidates for president have become more and more polarized to a specific political ideology rather than just leaning in one direction or the other but still willing to compromise.

They seem extreme.

My reasoning for 'not Trump' is simply that the man has no tact.  He's a blunt instrument and that sort of personality is anathema to political situations.

This is actually the first time I've ever considered voting against someone as voting for someone.

So far, the choice seems like no choice at all.
