Mississippi’s governor on Tuesday signed into law a bill that allows businesses to refuse services to gay couples based on religious objections.
This bill states that it protects “sincerely held religious beliefs or moral convictions,” including a belief that marriage is only between a man and a woman. It also says that a person’s gender is that “determined by anatomy and genetics at time of birth” and goes on to say that businesses can determine who is allowed to access bathrooms, dressing rooms and locker rooms.
I don't see how this would stand up in the Supreme Court. Secondly, suppose you own a restaurant or a service station and a couple of guys show up and order a meal or pump gas. What are you going to do? Ask them if they are straight or gay?

Kind of reminds you of separate rest rooms, water fountains, lunch counters, bus seats etc.for people of color doesn't it. However, it is a little more difficult to determine if a person is LGBT by just looking at them. Maybe the state ought to require that they carry some sort of ID that specifies their sexual preference, or tattoo them, or make them wear a rainbow on their outer clothing to make it easier to identify them. I think those methods were adopted by a country against a religious group not long ago.
You know the people that endorse this kind of discrimination are the same ones that abhor the fact that Muslim women don't drive, or wear an abaya in public. I guess, like beauty, discrimination is in the eye of the beholder.
It must be hard for some people to recognize discrimination, unless they are the ones that are being discriminated against.

Billy Graham nailed it. Does anybody pay attention to what he had to say anymore? Evidently not.
