Riots? I highly doubt it. But, if the leading vote-getter, whoever it is, doesn't get the nomination, especially if they won by a large margin, I do think there would be a lot of outrage. It wouldn't be a good thing for the party, for sure.

Kind of, but the Party and the people running agreed to and understand the importance of the delegate counts and IF they cannot make the threshold then the process can select whomever they (the delegates) see fit to put forward. One thing, IF there were not winner take all states, the delegate counts would even be closer. I don't particularly like the winner take all (for either party).
