I received an overnight UPS Express envelope this morning, had to sign a document in it and send it back to Chicago by express overnight.  I dropped the return envelope in a drop box convenient to my home which is supposedly picked-up at 5:30 each evening. Uh ah!  The box seemed very full to the point of a dishonest person reaching down in and removing items.  Returning home I called UPS customer number and long story short--she was able to determine the exact location of the box and after a long hold on the phone I was assured UPS would send someone ASAP to empty that box.  Coincidently, the box is located less than half a mile from the large UPS center near Lewisberry so it would seem no excuse the box is not emptied daily as posted on the box.
