BTW, there ARE and HAVE BEEN practices by foreign concerns that amount to dumping and government support for industries that would otherwise have not been competitive that sell in US markets. THAT practice needs US protection, but outside of that we need to allow free trade AS LONG AS it is on a level playing field. That WILL mean that those old labor intensive US jobs will disappear, but more and more we are seeing a resurgence of US Manufacturing albeit with more and more automation and need for more specialized talented employees.
