I've seen whispers on this from other sources as well. If it were just joe I would discount the story. But there maybe something to it.
The convention might be worth watching for a change. Draft Biden?
What a disaster for the dems if they get saddled with Bernie
We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

If this (FBI/DOJ) activity happens I think it would be way before the convention.
If the White House is talking about it? Then something may be in the works?

Well, it's about time America understands what democratic socialism is, and Bernie and his peeps will explain it's nothing to be afraid of.
Quiz Question: What is the largest and most extensive socialist program in the world?
Answer: The US military
We could begin there and go on to stuff like the National Gallery, the Smithsonian Institution, medicare, social security, the National Park system, police and fire departments, and wildlife preserves to name a few of the dozens and dozens and dozens of programs and institutions we take for granted.

I'm not sure this will derail the Clinton campaign. I still don't think there is a prosecutor at DOJ who wants to go through the personal and professional agony of prosecuting the presumed Democratic nominee in the middle of a campaign.
That said, I'm simply blown away by Hillary's (and her team's) lack of, I don't know, technological awareness, that the private server would cause her major heartburn.
