    No SSA or SSDI COLA for 2016.

    Lower gas prices have wiped out any inflation to warrant a COLA next year.  I guess the walloping higher food prices don't count.  I wonder too if anyone has ever taken a study to see how many miles someone over the age of 70, for instance, drives and is availing the use of the lower gas prices?
